Khosrow Rezvani took the opportunity of applying for a Biochemical Society Travel Grant to attend the first International Conference on Ubiquitin, Ubiquitin-like Proteins and Cancer. “The conference was established because enough people are now working with these relatively new ubiquitin-like proteins,” says Khosrow. Khosrow currently works in the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Queens Medical Center, University of Nottingham.
