Local Ambassadors are a key group of Members who are the first point of contact for the Society in their home institutions. The Ambassadors encourage new membership, serve as a conduit for the transfer of ideas between local members and the Executive Committee, and also help to organize local events such as student receptions and sponsored seminars. For over a year, we have been running profiles of our Ambassadors in different regions. This month we focus on our Ambassadors in the north and north-east of England.
