In the published article, the incorrect definition for BRCA2 was introduced during the production process as breast cancer early-onset 1. This appears in the Abstract and Introduction. The correct definition should be breast cancer early-onset 2 in both places.
The following sentence appears on page 337: In summary, nine truncating mutations of PALB2, eight recurrent notably in breast cancer, have been found so far in ovarian cancer cases including c.172_175delTTGT (Prokofyeva et al. ), c.509_510delGA (Dansonka-Mieskowska et al. ), c.757_758delCT, c.1050delAACA (Walsh et al. ), c.2323C>T (Tischkowitz et al. ). The examples of mutations should be omitted, with the full list in Table 1. The correct sentence should read: In summary, nine truncating mutations of PALB2, eight recurrent notably in breast cancer, have been found so far in ovarian cancer cases.
