To confirm the blockage of access of Rho to RDH by the D10N and D70N RNase H mutants, the authors of, ‘The bacterial transcription terminator, Rho, functions as an RNA:DNA hybrid (RDH) helicase in vivo’ monitored the colocalization of Rho with the RDH structures in the presence of RNase H point mutants. The image featured on this Biochemical Journal cover shows the super-resolution microscopy images whereby colocalizations of Rho and RDH structures are indicated by white arrowheads in the merged images. Find out more about the non-transcription terminator role of Rho here: https://doi.org/10.1042/BCJ20253089.
