In the legend to Figure 2, incorrect symbols were assigned to the two lines. The first part of the legend should read:
Calculated topoisomer mole fractions (corresponding to relative intensities on an agarose gel) are plotted against the nominal linking difference (ΔLk) of the topoisomer (i) for an equilibrated relaxed distribution (◆) and a narrowed steady-state distribution (R′=1.8), as produced by a type II topoisomerase+ATP (■).
The symbols in the Figure itself are correct.
