    Set up of conditions for expression of soluble TWA1 in E. coli cells. Samples of bacterial lysate supernatant (filled circles) or insoluble pellet (open circles) were analysed by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie blue staining after bacterial growth at 37 C or 20 C for various times. Effective solubilisation of TWA1 was achieved from bacteria grown at 20 C for at least 5h (last four lanes on Right hand side of image). Please see article BSR20160401 for more information.
