    In the latest issue of Bioscience Reports (volume 39, issue 10), Fu et al. identify a novel, hemizygous, deleterious and missense variant c.G644A (p.G215E) in the RPGR gene of X chromosome in the proband with the disease of retinitis pigmentosa. This cover features an image of the fundus fluorescent photograph in the right eye of the proband, which presented a hyperautofluorescent ring surrounding a central area of hypoautofluorescence and an atrophic macular region.
