    In the latest issue of Clinical Science (volume 133, issue 2), Chen et al. investigate the biological function and regulatory mechanisms of long non-coding RNA DCST1-AS1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and discuss the clinical significance of their findings. This issue's cover features their colony formation assay, in which up-regulation of DCST1-AS1 expression (top right and bottom right dishes) significantly increased proliferation of HepG2 and Bel-7404 HCC cell lines compared to the control (top left and bottom left dishes).
