The 3D structure of compound DT-061 docked at the interface of the three subunits of protein Ser/Thr phosphatase 2A (PP2A), which stabilizes this AB56C form in preference to alternative heterotrimers and thereby promotes the anti-proliferative and tumour suppressive actions of PP2A.
