The cover of this issue of Clinical Science (volume 136, issue 1) features an image from the study by Pinto et al. into the potential effects of Dimethyl Fumarate (DMF) on the clinical signs, central nervous system inflammatory response and lung function of mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). They found that DMF-encapsulated nanoparticles reduced white matter injury induced by EAE inflammatory process, as shown in these structural images.
