The cover of this issue of Clinical Science (volume 136, issue 22) features an image from Radnaa et al. featuring a reconstructed amnion membrane using WT (top panel) and p38 KO (bottom panel) AEC-RFP cells seeded onto Col-F labeled (green) nude membranes. Reconstructed amnion membranes were stained for Vimentin (yellow). DAPI (blue) shows the nuclei of amnion membrane cells. These reconstructed amnion membranes were used to study the EMT of two different genotypes of AEC cells.
