The cover of this issue of Clinical Science (volume 136, issue 23) features an image from the study by Lunardon et al. (pp. 1537 - 1554). Echocardiogram traces of M-mode (left images) and pulsed-wave doppler mode (right images) from hearts of wild type and Set7 knockout mice injected with saline or isoproterenol. The morphological and functional analyses obtained from echocardiography revealed that Set7 deletion exacerbated isoproterenol-induced cardiac hypertrophy and delayed cardiac dysfunction.
