This issue of Clinical Science features a figure detailing DRm217 therapy prevents ISO-induced cardiac remodeling in the NKA α1 haploinsufficiency mice model. ISO-treated NKA α1+/- mice were intravenously injected with IgG (10 mg/kg) or DR-Ab (10 mg/kg) every 5 days for 14 days. The image shows representative images of gross heart morphology (scale bar: 1 mm), WGA (scale bar: 50 μm), and Masson staining (scale bar: 100 μm) in different groups.
