This issue looks at recent research achievements in the field of Sulfation Pathways. The cover image is a result of a genuine Science and Art project. All contributing scientists were invited to nominate scientific images and graphical representations of their work, related to sulfation pathways. The artist then abstracted small parts of these images into art-deco-style tiles, only to clad a wall in a digital room with it. The result is reminiscent of a positive correlation of two variables, something researchers tend to look at fondly. You can read more about this SciArt project here: https://doi.org/10.1042/bio_2024_144. Cover art by John Gage.
